Most of us have heard of the Intelligence Quotient (IQ), which measures intellectual ability and the Emotional Quotient (EQ), which measures one’s ability to self-regulate based on personal and social awareness and maturity. However, it is our Decision/Judgement Quotient that enables us to make wise decisions.
